What to cook?

 
Isn't that a question we've all asked ourselves – if not every week,
once in a while?
 
Today was one of those days and I didn't know what to cook. So, what
did I do? I did what most of us do in this digital era do. I sat by my
computer and started searching for a simple but good recipe. I have
quite a large list of websites saved in my bookmarks, but one of my
favorites sites and one that I can rely on is Better Homes and Garden
(bhg.com).
 
I made a few clicks until I landed on their recipe site. While
checking out the recipes, one called on my attention called
Chicken-Parmesan Bundles. Not only did it sound good and made my mouth
water – I had all the ingredients! I followed the recipe  and made
baked potatoes (instead of spaghetti which is what the recipe calls for)

 and a salad. Let me tell you – not only was and easy recipe to follow –

it was delicious! The outside of the chicken was crispy without being dry,

the inside was creamy and cheesy – yummy!
 
Before we finished eating, my family was asking when I was making it
again! All the comments made me feel like I was Julia Childs – not
that Julia would make such a simple recipe or would she? All in all,
our dinner was very enjoyable. This recipe is a keeper and it's going
into my favorite recipe box.
